We offer a retrofit control unit for Farmtech trailing shoe distributors. The control unit can be retrofitted to any existing barrel (regardless of brand). Suitable for both vacuum drums and pump drums. The following functions can be carried out using the control unit:
⦁ Folding of the boom⦁ Open/close slider⦁ Up/down slider⦁ Cutting head actuation (direction of rotation of the head changes every 30 seconds)⦁ Start/end of field (all functions are automatically connected in series here)⦁ Control block with new design⦁ integrated Pressure compensator⦁ Floating position function of the boom⦁ All functions from the barrel and distributor are screwed to the control block⦁ Connections to the tractor⦁ Operating terminal with three-pin plug⦁ All functions can be selected via toggle switches and buttons (NEW here: 4 double-acting functions freely adjustable via toggle switches Remaining three functions cutting head, folding, slider)

Wir bieten hier eine Nachrüststeuereinheit für Farmtech Schleppschuhverteiler. Die Steuereinheit lässt sich auf jedes bestehende Fass nachrüsten (Marken unabhängig). Sowohl für Vakuumfässer und Pumpfässer geeignet. Folgende Funktionen können mittels der Steuereinheit getätigt werden:
⦁ Klappung des Gestänges⦁ Schieber Öffnen/Schließen⦁ Schieber Berg-/Talfahrt⦁ Schneidkopf Betätigung (Drehrichtung des Kopfes ändert sich alle 30 Sekunden)⦁ Feldanfang/ -ende (sämtliche Funktionen werden hier automatisch in Serie geschalten)⦁ Steuerblock mit neuer Ausführung⦁ integrierter Druckwaage⦁ Schwimmstellungsfunktion des Gestänges⦁ sämtliche Funktionen vom Fass und Verteiler werden an den Steuerblock verschraubt⦁ Anschlüsse zum Traktor⦁ Bedienterminal mit dreipoligem Stecker⦁ alle Funktionen über Kippschalter und Taster anwählbar (NEU hier: 4 doppelwirkende Funktionen über Kippschalter frei einstellbar Restlichen drei Funktionen Schneidkopf, Klappung, Schieber)
Dank integrierter Druckwaage übernimmt die Steuerung die Funktion eines LS-Systems.
Zum Betrieb der gesamten Einheit ist nur eine Druckleitung und ein Rücklauf nötig.
