The R-120 STANDARD wood chipper is a roller wood chipper for chipping branches up to 11 cm in diameter, designed and manufactured in the Remet CNC Technology factory. Welded construction is fully dismantled and ensures rigidity and stability. We have modern CNC machines and are able to achieve the appropriate quality, precision and coaxial transmission so that you can work with your machine for longer and enjoy working. The wood chipper can be equipped with a flywheel/drive wheel, conveyor belt or double bag holder. The conveyor belt can be installed parallel or perpendicular to the device.
The cutting mechanism is equipped with a tension clutch that allows the blades to be adjusted. Another function of this clutch is to prevent damage due to overload.

Der Holzhacker R-120 STANDARD ist ein Walzenholzhacker zur Zerkleinerung der Äste von bis zu 11 cm Durchmesser, ausgelegt und hergestellt im Werk Remet CNC Technology. Geschweißte Konstruktion ist völlig zerlegbar und sorgt für die Steifigkeit und Stabilität. Wir verfügen über moderne CNC-Maschinen und sind imstande die entsprechende Qualität, Genauigkeit und gleichachsiges Getriebe zu erzielen, damit Sie mit Ihrer Maschine länger arbeiten und sich über die Arbeit freuen können. Der Holzhacker kann mit der Schwungmasse/ dem Antriebsrad, dem Förderband oder doppeltem Sackhalter ausgestattet werden. Das Förderband kann parallel oder senkrecht zum Gerät angebaut werden.
Das Schneidemechanismus ist mit der einer Spannkupplung ausgestattet, die das Justieren der Messer ermöglicht. Andere Funktion dieser Kupplung ist das Vorbeugen der Beschädigung durch Überlastung.
