Flat deck screening system Tiger Screen Professional - with pre-screening
The TIGERSCREEN 25.10 - Professional screening system is ideal for separating a wide variety of materials.
This includes all types of soil, rubble, roof tiles, concrete and much more. The compact modular design allows the side conveyor belts to be dismantled in a short time and thus creates the perfect conditions for transport to the construction site.
The hydraulic axis can be used to move the screening system from the working position to the transport position.
The Grizzly pre-screening enables effective separation of the coarse particles, increases the effectiveness of the screening system and also protects the screening grid from coarse materials. The additional feed belt ensures even feeding and distribution across the flat deck.
The screens can be changed in less than 20 minutes - this allows the greatest possible flexibility when screening and it is possible to switch between a wide variety of grain sizes.

Die Siebanlage TIGERSCREEN 25.10 - Professional eignet sich hervorragend zum Trennen von verschiedensten Materialien.
Dazu gehören alle Bodenarten, Bauschutt, Dachziegel, Beton und vieles mehr. Die kompakte modulare Bauweise ermöglicht in kurzer Zeit eine Demontage der seitlichen Förderbänder und setzt damit die perfekten Voraussetzungen zum Transport zur Baustelle.
Mit der hydraulischen Achse kann die Siebanlage von der Arbeits- in die Transportstellung gebracht werden.
Die Grizzly-Vorabsiebung ermöglicht eine effektive Abscheidung der Grobanteile, steigert die Effektivität der Siebanlage und schützt zusätzlich das Siebgitter vor groben Materialien. Mit dem zusätzlichen Aufgabeband erfolgt eine gleichmäßige Beschickung und Verteilung über das Flachdeck.
In weniger als 20 Minuten können die Siebe gewechselt werden - dies ermöglicht beim Sieben eine höchstmögliche Flexibilität und es ist ein Wechsel zwischen verschiedensten Korngrößen möglich.
