The multi-rip saws from Wravor are characterized by their robust construction and modularity. The saws are available for cutting heights from 20 to 250 mm. In addition to the saw shaft, which is to be rigidly equipped, there are 1 to 4 movable saw bushes, depending on the type. The maximum number of saw blades per machine can vary between 4 and 20 pieces. Laser equipment for adjusting the sliding saw bushing is standard. The multi-rip saws are supplied with a manual infeed and outfeed roller conveyor. On the pull-out side, there is the option of integrating an automatic splinter separator. The multi-rip saw can be completely tailored to the wishes and needs of the customer.
Die Vielblattsägen von Wravor zeichnen sich durch den robusten Aufbau und die Modularität aus. Die Sägen sind für Schnitthöhen von 20 bis 250 mm erhältlich. Neben dem starr zu bestückenden Sägewelle gibt es je nach Type 1 bis 4 verschiebbare Sägebuchsen. Die Anzahl der maximalen Sägeblätter je Maschine kann zwischen 4 und 20 Stück variieren. Die Ausrüstung mit Laser zur Einstellung der verschiebbaren Sägebuchse ist Standard. Geliefert werden die Vielblattsägen mit manuellem Einzugs- und Auszugsrollengang. Auszugseitig besteht die Möglichkeit einen automatischen Spreißlabscheider zu integrieren.Die Vielblattsäge ist vollständig auf die Wünsche, Bedürfnisse des Kunden abstimmbar.
